The machine consist of two extruders in which 1st Extruder has longer L/D Ratio as compared to the 2nd Extruder. Plastic Waste is fed to the 1st Extruder and the lump purge gets filtered with the total removal of gas, further lump purge feeds into 2nd Extruder to obtain moisture free granules.


Plastic Recycling Machine (Double Stage) to manufacture poly waste granuals, consisting of Two extruders. 1st Extruder has Longer L/D as compared to 2nd Extruder. Process of this Machine is first feed to Extruder 1st and it filtered and remove the gas& lump then purge into 2nd Extruder for further granuals.
